How does the booking process work?
Get in touch via the contact form or by phone to check your date. We will arrange a call or video meeting to discuss your wedding in detail. Once you are happy to proceed, a booking agreement is signed and a deposit secures your date. The remainder is due closer to your wedding day.
Do you require a deposit to secure a wedding date?
Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and remove your date from availability. The Evening Reception package requires a £100 deposit, the Dinner to Dancing package requires £150, and the Full-Day package requires £200. The deposit is fully refundable under normal circumstances but some conditions do apply.
What happens if I need to change my wedding date after booking?
We will always do our best to accommodate date changes subject to availability. Get in touch as soon as you know and we will work through the options together.
How far in advance should I book?
For popular summer dates (June to August) and New Year’s Eve, booking 12 to 18 months in advance is recommended. For other dates, 9 to 12 months is generally sufficient, though the earlier the better for any Saturday wedding.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. Full public liability insurance is in place, which many Scottish wedding venues require from suppliers before granting access. Certificates can be provided to your venue on request.
