What Makes This Old Town Venue Special
The Signet Library offers something genuinely rare — a city centre venue with the grandeur and history of a stately home. The Upper Library accommodates up to 120 guests for seated dinner, while the Lower Library provides a stunning drinks reception space. Acoustically, however, the Upper Library is demanding. Because of the height, the hard surfaces, and the open architecture, careful speaker placement and system choice are essential.

My approach starts long before the wedding day, with a proper planning conversation to understand your vision, your guests, and the moments that matter most. For example, you’ll have access to my online music planning portal, where you can submit must-plays, your first dance choice, and do-not-plays at any time. On the day itself, I arrive early, liaise with the venue team, and set up discreetly. However, I don’t play pre-programmed sets or fixed playlists. Instead, I build your night live, using your music suggestions as the foundation and reading the dancefloor moment to moment to keep the energy exactly right.
